The Ministry of Home affairs notified in the official Gazette of India, New Criminal Laws, i.e., Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (except the provision of sub-section (2) of section 106), Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 and Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (except the provision of sub-section (2) of section 106), shall come into force from 1st July 2024.
