Dr. Amit Yadav is an accomplished legal professional and academic with a diverse range of expertise in the field of law. With a strong educational background and extensive experience, he has made significant contributions to the areas of cyber laws, criminal laws, and judicial responses to cybercrimes.
Dr. Yadav holds a PhD in Law from the University of Lucknow, where his research focused on “Cyber Crimes and Judicial Response: An Indian Perspective; A Study with Special Reference to Information Technology Act, 2000.” His doctoral work reflects his deep understanding of the complexities and challenges posed by cybercrimes in the Indian legal framework.
Having qualified the UGC NET-JRF in Law, Dr. Yadav has established himself as a recognized authority in his field. He earned his LL.M. degree with specialization in Cyber Laws and Criminal Laws from MJP Rohilkhand University Bareilly, and LL.B. from B.N.D. PG College, CSJM University Kanpur. Additionally, he holds a B.Sc. in Electronics from DAV College, Kanpur, and a Diploma in Computer Applications from CSJM University Campus, Kanpur.
With a passion for both academia and legal practice, Dr. Yadav has a comprehensive professional background. He served as a Peshkar/Reader/Court Bench Secretary in the Government Service of Uttar Pradesh State in the District and Sessions Court Kanpur Dehat, where he gained valuable insights into the functioning of the judicial system.
As an advocate, he practiced law in the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench, and the District and Sessions Court Kanpur. This experience allowed him to develop practical skills and a deep understanding of the legal profession.
Dr. Yadav’s teaching career spans various esteemed institutions. He worked as an Assistant Professor (Law) at Excel Law College, Lucknow, and delivered lectures as a guest lecturer at MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, and the University of Lucknow Faculty of Law. He also held positions as an Assistant Professor (Law) at Shri Rmaswaroop Memorial University, Lucknow, and as the Head of Department at both the Faculty of Legal Studies in Mewar University, Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, and Dr. K.N. Modi University.
Currently, Dr. Yadav serves as an Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) in the Faculty of Law at Manipal University Jaipur. In this role, he brings his extensive knowledge, research, and practical experience to shape the next generation of legal professionals. He is dedicated to fostering academic excellence and contributing to the growth of the institution.
Beyond his academic pursuits, Dr. Yadav has demonstrated a commitment to research and innovation. He has several published Indian patents and an international patent to his credit as an inventor. His work has been recognized and published in reputable national and international journals, including Scopus indexed publications. Dr. Yadav has authored two books, with two more in the pipeline, further showcasing his scholarly contributions.
Dr. Yadav’s expertise and accomplishments extend beyond academia. He has been invited as a resource person for various seminars, webinars, and faculty development programs, where he shares his knowledge and insights with fellow professionals. He has actively participated in accreditation activities and held important roles such as Criteria In-charge for NAAC Accreditation in Mewar University, Chittorgarh, Rajasthan. He also serves as a permanent external member of the Board of Studies for Law in DKNM University, Rajasthan, and as an external academic council member in the same university.
As a distinguished legal professional, Dr. Yadav has been invited as a judge in various moot court competitions and has conducted inspections for the Bar Council of India. He has delivered lectures as a resource person at HRDC Rajasthan University and served as an external examiner at SRM University Lucknow. Additionally, he holds membership on the editorial boards of three national journals, where he contributes to shaping the discourse in the legal field.

She is a member of various organizations like IUCN-CEESP, GRDS, etc. She is also a member, Court at Central University of Himachal Pradesh, Dharamshala. She has been honoured with Women Empowerment award by DSLSA and NDMC in 2019, Award of Honour by Maharaja Agrasen University for curriculum and pedagogy development in 2016.
Her expertise is widely sought as a Judge in various Moot Court Competitions, Resource Person in various National and International Conferences. She also served as an adjunct faculty with Dhaka International University, Bangladesh. She has been holding the academic administrative position from the last 7 years wherein she has actively introduced CBCS Curriculum to focus on outcome-based learning and industry specific courses. As an administrator, she has always been entrusted with the task of designing university level processes, grant approvals for important agendas, and participate in high level decision making. Dr. Dakshita Sangwan is an Assistant Professor of Law in School of Law, GD Goenka University.
Dr. Dakshita Sangwan has completed her doctorate from Jamia Millia Islamia,New Delhi. She has done her LL.M. (Corporate Laws) from Kurukshetra University. She cleared her UGC-NET in the year 2012. Besides, she had also successfully completed post-graduate diplomas in Human Rights, IHL and Refugee Law; and International Trade and Business Law from Indian Society of International Law (ISIL), New Delhi. Dr. Sangwan is an alumni of 27th South Asian Teaching Session (SATS) on International Humanitarian Law.
Soon after completing her B.A.LL.B, she was actively involved in litigation and legal research in Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, and District Courts of Tees Hazari, Rohini and Rohtak (Haryana). Further, Dr. Sangwan was teaching ‘Women and Child Law’ and ‘Health Laws’ at Faculty of Law, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi while performing other administrative work responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant in the session 2014 – 2015. Before joining the G.D. Goenka University, she had served as Legal Research Consultant in the Policy Research, Projects and Programmes (PRP&P) Division of National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) of India. She facilitated to conduct the Northern, Eastern and Central Region Consultations towards Third Universal Periodic Review on behalf of NHRC across the country.

Ms. Priyanka Chakraborty is an accredited mediator, negotiator and arbitrator from Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation, Kochi, India. Apart from being the executive secretary and a permanent faculty at Bangladesh International Mediation Society, she is heading their Mediation Centre at Rajarhat, Kolkata. She has also worked with Online Consumer Mediation Centre at National Law School of India and has been attached to academia. Presently, she is pursuing her Ph.D. degree from NLSIU, Bangalore after pursuing her L.L.M. from the University of Auckland, New Zealand with the specialization of Dispute Resolution in 2018. Recently, she has started practicing as an advocate in Kolkata, mainly dealing with Family Disputes and Relationship Counselling. She has her own mediation practice in Kolkata and travels around the world to share and learn her subject.

Mr. Saurabh Siddhartha, is an Assistant Professor of Law at ICFAI LAW SCHOOL, THE ICFAI UNIVERSITY, DEHRADUN. He did his LL.M. from SIKSHA ‘O’ ANUSANDHAN UNIVERSITY, and B.A.LL.B (Hons.) from HIDAYATULLAH NATIONAL LAW UNIVERSITY. Currently, he is Pursuing Ph.D from ICFAI LAW SCHOOL, THE ICFAI UNIVERSITY, DEHRADUN. He has teaching experience of 4 years. His area of Interest includes Intellectual Property Rights, International Trade, Constitutional Law and Health Care. He has participated and presented papers in National Seminars, participated in FDP’s and organized moot-court competitions in the campus. He organized intra and National Moot Court Competition.
He has also secured various Certification Courses from various Institutions on various aspects of law such as “English Common Law: Structure and Principles” from University of London, “Introduction to Human Rights & Environment; Specialized Module on Human Health & Climate Change; UNCC: Learn Introductory E-Course on Climate Change; Specialized Module on Cities and Climate Change”, conducted by United Nations Institute for Training and research via UNCC: Learn portal.
Mr. Saurabh Siddhartha has a vast experience in the field of law and he wants to utilise this experience to bring certain reforms in the present Legal Educational System. He has also organized various Workshops, Conferences, Seminars and Moot Courts at National Level.

About Her
Ms. Aswathy Prakash G is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Saveetha School of Law, SIMATS. She is additionally heading the Centre for Criminal Justice Research Centre at Saveetha School of Law. Aswathy holds a B.A.LL.B (Hons.) degree from the School of Indian Legal Thought, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, and an LL.M in Corporate Law from Osmania University, Hyderabad.
She also has two Postgraduate Diplomas (one in Patent Laws and the other in Cyber Laws) from NALSAR University, Hyderabad. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Cyber Law. She has published many peer-review research articles in Cyber Law. Her areas of interest include Cyber Law, and laws relating to Children & Criminal Justice Administration.
