I. IMPORTANT NOTE:

Law Audience Journal has published around 90+ manuscripts, for free of cost, i.e., from August 2018 to July 2019 (which include 4 Issues and one Special Issue of Volume 1 of Law Audience Journal) and it has also published around 30 to 40 papers free of cost as a part of National Online Essay Writing Competitions.

After considering all the facts and circumstances the Journal has decided to charge nominal Article Processing Charges (APC) to support the expenses of the Journal. The Journal started charging Article Processing Charges (APC) from Issue 5 of Volume 1. 

II. ARTICLE PROCESSING CHARGES (APC):

Single Author: 1000 Rs.

Co-Author: 1350 Rs.

3rd Co-Author: 2500 Rs.

III. EXPLANATION:

Article Processing Charges (APC) will be charged only for those papers which have been selected for publication after the proper peer-review process but, not for rejected papers. Law Audience Journal shall not publish any manuscript based on the concept of Pay-And-Publish.

Pay-And-Publish Publications are those publications where the Journal charges payment from the author without reviewing the quality of the submitted manuscript. Law Audience Journal does not compromise with the quality. We at Law Audience Journal take all the required steps to eliminate the plagiarized papers. 

Article Processing Charges (APC), help the Journal to pay its expenses (such as Web-Hosting Charges, Domain Ownership Protection Charges, Domain Charges, SSL Certificate Charges, Plagiarism Detection Software Charges, Manuscripts Editing & Reviewing, Production of PDF files, Formatting of Articles and charges relating to other important things).

It’ll also help to run the Journal online without any kind of obstacle. Anyone from all over the world can have access to the material published in the Journal for study and research purposes only (you are not required to pay any kind of Subscription Charges to access the material published in the Journal). Anyone from any country can download the PDF files of the published papers free of cost (there are no hidden charges).
