Advocate Sonal Gupta, Practicing Advocate, Supreme Court of India

Sonal Gupta is a practicing advocate appearing before the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts across the country, including the Delhi High Court, Rajasthan High Court, and Punjab and Haryana High Court. A first-generation lawyer, she established her practice independently and built a distinguished litigation profile with a strong focus on criminal and constitutional law.

Her primary areas of practice include matters arising under the NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) Act, offences relating to money laundering and organised crime, as well as mining, infrastructure, and energy laws.

Sonal Gupta is presently empanelled as Counsel for various bodies of the Government of Rajasthan, including RIICO, RSRDC, RSHA, and RUVITL, and is also associated with the Human Rights Council of India.

Apart from active litigation, she is a published legal author and researcher with a strong interest in constitutional governance, federalism, criminal justice, and public policy. Her writings and opinion pieces have been featured in The Indian Express, The New Indian Express, and The Pioneer.

Advocate Pranay Golchha, High Court of Chhattisgarh:

Advocate Pranay Golchha is a practicing counsel appearing before the High Court of Chhattisgarh and various courts and tribunals across the State. He has developed a strong litigation practice with considerable experience in conducting trials and handling complex disputes in both criminal and civil law.

His core areas of practice include matters under the NDPS Act, Enforcement Directorate (ED) proceedings, financial and organised crime investigations, as well as land and property disputes. Known for his meticulous approach and effective courtroom advocacy, he regularly represents clients in high-stakes litigation and advisory matters.
