Cancellations and Refunds Policy

This Cancellations and Refunds Policy (“Policy”) applies to all events, conferences, webinars, publications, and other activities (collectively referred to as “Events”) organized by Law Audience, hereby known as the Sole Proprietorship of Mr. Varun Kumar, S/o Sh. Lehri Singh Jaswal (“Law Audience”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Event Cancellation by Law Audience

In the event that any scheduled Event is cancelled by Law Audience due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient participation, technical reasons, or any other reason deemed appropriate by the management, participants will be eligible for a refund of the amount paid towards registration or participation fees.

Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed to the same account or payment method through which the original payment was made, within a reasonable period after the official cancellation announcement.

2. No Refunds for Participant Cancellations

Except in cases where the Event itself is cancelled by Law Audience, all payments made by participants are strictly non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to, cases of:

• Participant’s inability to attend the Event for any reason (including personal, technical, or professional reasons).

• Errors in registration details submitted by the participant.

• Duplicate payments or failure to utilize the purchased services.

3. Official Notifications for Each Event

For every Event organized by Law Audience, a separate official notification (such as a brochure, circular, or announcement) will be published or circulated. Each notification shall contain specific terms, conditions, and clauses related to that Event, including details about cancellations, refunds (if applicable), and participation requirements. Participants are advised to carefully read the official notification before making any payment or registering for an Event.

4. Modifications to this Policy

Law Audience reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall be posted on our official website, and such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting.
